Science Saturday & Patience

Fishing and exploring dragonfly larvae, pond shrimp & crawfish, amongst multiple types of minnows; and catching fish in the morning...to making fruit leather after lunch...all the while incubating 16 chicken eggs in our laundry room...makes for STEM learning as well as acquiring the virtue of patience...waiting 21 days for the eggs to hatch baby chicks, waiting for a fish to bite the fishing line, and 12 hours until a sweet treat of dried fruit appears.  

Pond Fishing

First time pond fishing. James caught a fish! He is so very patient which makes for a good fisherman. Ruby was at practice and Daddy traveling while we fished.  fisherman.
