Reunion Weekend

Three of my college friends and I get together annually to reunite. This year included three babies and two pregnellas--me, "35-week veteran"and lo and behold Kristen, "fledgling mom at 4-weeks" or so.

After a fun night of wine tasting and hors d'oeuvres, Kristen woke up later than the rest of us and joined us downstairs for breakfast. She brought a little something with her...an all too familiar stick. Two red lines proved her pregnant! What a fun, unforgettable moment we shared--the four of us giddy with glee, excited and joyfully surprised all in the same minute.

Needless to say we opted for decaf coffee talk later that afternoon and sipped ice water during late night talks leaving recently purchased bottles of wine unopened.
